Deep Tissue Massage - Optional Cupping

Your Body Needs A Break

Whether your feeling knots, muscle aches or pains, deep tissue treatment has been proven to help relive you of your symptoms.  Deep tissue massage focuses on musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It further promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Shockwave Therapy

Putting You First

Shockwave therapy is a modern and highly effective treatment option in orthopaedic and rehabilitation medicine. The term shockwave refers to mechanical pressure pulses that expand as a wave in the body. In modern pain therapy, shockwave energy is conducted from the point of origin to the painful body regions, where it applies its healing capacities.
